3️⃣Preparation of FSSD BP02 occupancy load calculation.

4️⃣Preparation of SCDF-0-CFSW-BP. XFDX certificate of fire safety works form for internal
partition wall works with qualified professional engineer¡¯s (Civil) digital encryption.

5️⃣Preparation of SCDF-0-CFSW-FP. XFDX certificate of fire safety works form for fire
sprinkler system works with qualified professional engineers (Mechanical) digital
encryption.

6️⃣Qualified professional engineers (Civil & Mechanical) digital endorsement with submission
to FSSD authority for building/Fire plan notice of approval clearance.

7️⃣Preparation of mandatory SCDF FSC product listing scheme items spreadsheet. (Exit sign/
emergency light/ fire extinguisher/fire hosereel full colors scan COC to be provided by
respective vendors). (EXCLUDED FIRE RATED DUCT FSC02 PE endorsement)

8️⃣Project design engineer pre/post site survey attendance.

9️⃣Arrange & attend registered FSSD registered inspector (Archi & M&E) mandatory site
inspection and liaising of RI form 1 /Appt form/ Annex A report for FSC application.
(Additional $1380/- of issuance of RI Form 2 for TFP application if required)
